I’m subbing this class for Kathryn Smith. Flow + Stretch is a 75-minute athletic recovery flow to restore your body and reset your mind. This practice emphasizes mindful breathing, foundations of meditation, and slow flow with longer holds and deep stretches. This class is appropriate for anyone who could use a reset before the weekend.
