Prenatal Community Yoga

Virtual class. Pregnancy is a time of great change and uncertainty, and that feels truer now than ever. Thankfully, we have the tools of yoga, mindfulness, and coming together as a community to help support us. In this virtual class, we practice breathing, mind-body awareness, letting go, and finding inner strength - all valuable skills for pregnancy, birth, and life in general! Guided by what feels good in each moment, we’ll experiment with strengthening poses, stretches adapted to your changing body, and guided relaxation.
