In this four-week, virtual prenatal yoga series, we will foster a supportive community during your third trimester of pregnancy. Together, we'll practice strengthening poses, mindful relaxation, getting comfortable in our changing bodies, and finding inner strength - all valuable skills for birth, parenthood, and life in general.
This series open to anyone in or nearing the third trimester of pregnancy. No yoga experience is necessary. Join us!
