In this three-week, virtual postnatal series, we’ll get reconnected with the present moment and our changing bodies after pregnancy. Together, we’ll gently rebuild core and pelvic floor strength, and explore mindfulness and stress-reduction practices for daily life. Whether you just had a baby or you're many months postpartum, this series will offer useful tools and insights for this unique, and often challenging chapter of life. No yoga experience is necessary.
