Prenatal Yoga Series [Virtual]

In this 4-week prenatal yoga series, we will foster a supportive community. Together, we'll practice breathing, mind-body awareness, letting go, and finding inner strength – all valuable skills for pregnancy, birth, a pandemic, and life in general! Guided by what feels good in each moment, we'll experiment with strengthening poses, stretches adapted to your changing body, and guided relaxation.

Note: While classes emphasize and are centered on the physical changes of biological pregnancy, this class is open to anyone expecting a baby in other ways as well, including adoption or surrogacy.
