This flowing class, sometimes called vinyasa yoga, focuses on mindful movement connected to breath. We'll pay attention to the transitions between the poses and their interaction with the breath, while also covering alignment to support your comfort. You will walk out of class feeling connected, clear, and calm.
Preregistration is required. *Fully vaccinated students may attend with no mask. If you are not yet vaccinated, please wear a mask over your nose and mouth throughout the class.
