I’m subbing this class for Si. This flowing class, sometimes called vinyasa yoga, focuses on mindful movement connected to breath. We'll pay attention to the transitions between the poses and their interaction with the breath, while also covering alignment to support your comfort. You will walk out of class feeling connected, clear, and calm.
