IN-STUDIO
In this workshop, we’ll cover the basics of reconnecting with the present moment and our changing bodies after pregnancy. Together, we’ll gently rebuild core and pelvic floor strength, and explore mindfulness and stress-reduction practices for daily life. Whether you just had a baby or you're many months postpartum, this workshop will offer useful tools and insights for this unique, and often challenging chapter of life. No yoga experience is necessary. Join us!
