VIRTUAL Prenatal Yoga

A 4-week VIRTUAL prenatal yoga series on Fridays, March 18-April 8, 12:15-1:00pm

Pregnancy is a time of great change, and a wonderful time to begin, deepen, or alter a yoga practice. In this series, we foster a supportive community, and together practice breathing, mind-body awareness, letting go, and finding inner strength - all valuable skills for pregnancy, birth, and life in general!

Guided by what feels good in your body in each moment, we’ll experiment with strengthening poses, stretches adapted to your changing body, and guided relaxation. This class is open to pregnant people at any stage of pregnancy. No yoga experience is necessary. Join us!
