Pregnancy is a time of great change, and a wonderful time to begin, deepen, or alter a yoga practice. In this series, we foster a supportive community, and together practice breathing, mind-body awareness, letting go, and finding inner strength - all valuable skills for pregnancy, birth, and life in general!

Guided by what feels good in your body in each moment, we’ll experiment with strengthening poses, stretches adapted to your changing body, and guided relaxation. Whether you're newly pregnant or nearing your due date, this series will provide compassionate guidance and empowering skills for this unpredictable and exciting time of life. No yoga experience is necessary.
